Project: argenx committee animation video

Brief

Argenx wanted to create an engaging internal animation to clearly explain the purpose and structure of their Theseus Committee. This committee brings together three key communities to strengthen collaboration within the company.

The video is designed to help employees better understand the roles, responsibilities, and interactions of these communities, making it a useful onboarding tool and an accessible explainer for employees both inside and outside of the committee.

Our approach

We worked closely with members of the Theseus Committee to distill complex organizational structures into a clear and compelling narrative.

Starting from an approved script, we developed a storyboard aligned with the visual identity and tone of argenx.

The result was a 2D cartoon-style animation with a professional and approachable tone, designed to feel like part of a cohesive internal communications portfolio. We managed the full creative process — from script adaptation and visual storytelling to animation and voiceover production — ensuring clarity and consistency.

Outcome

The final animation effectively introduced the committee’s aims, explained the roles of the three communities, and illustrated how they collaborate to drive the company’s strategic goals.

It has become a key internal communication asset, helping new and existing Argonauts understand how Theseus functions, when to engage with different teams, and how information flows across the organization.
